I am currently a PhD student in Chemistry, working in Vijay Pande's lab. In the Pande Lab, I use computational methods to elucidate atomistic propagation of allosteric signals in families of large proteins such as kinases and G-Protein Coupled Receptors(GPCRs). My current work involves integration of Molecular dynamics and Machine learning literature in order to more efficiently tackle this problem. The key questions that I hope to answer revolve around elucidating the structure of these pathways, figuring out how ubiquitous these activation pathways are and whether we can design next generation drugs to target them.
