Title: State of Simbios:  Accomplishments & Challenges

Abstract:
The mission of Simbios is to (1) perform high quality research in biocomputation (applications and basic algorithms) and apply these methods to driving biological problems, and (2) to build and populate a repository of software and models for the biomedical research community.   In the last year, we have released three major software platforms (Simbody, OpenSim, SimVascular).  In this talk, we will review recent progress, and outline the challenges that remain.
